Poem: 'Losing my Virginity'
68
Losing my Virginity
I can't find my virginity -
It's vanished ... Dearie me!
I've looked in every likely place
It didn't ought to be.
Where it went I couldn't say,
I never saw it go,
Just missed it when I dressed today:
Hello, I said. Hello!
I'd slipped into my silken gown -
How sensuous it feels -
Drawn on tight my gloves so white
And stepped into my heels,
Wrapped around my Sable stole,
Selected various rings,
Adjusted my tiara, oh ...
Such ostentatious things.
I lost my dear virginity
I've had since I was born,
Just glimpsed into my looking glass
And there it was ... all gorn!

great poem!
you *do* know that it can be "reclaimed", right? ;-)
lol check in the sofa I find most things I lose there.....JIMMY
livelonger:
indeed!
jimmythejock:
Aye, along with that bit of fluff.
lol i love the poem
Forgive my old-fashionedness, but what on earth does 'lol' mean?
ah, it's a message board thing... 'laughing out loud' in short form
Thankyou - I guess I still learn a little each day.
Some of us never stop trying to reclaim it.
