Compare color themes written by different age groups. Close your eyes and imagine the color you want to write about. How does it make you feel? Happy, scared, tired, optimistic, proud? Burgundy
You need to be brave to wear burgundy
Like a sparkling glass of wine
Or garnets around a swanlike neck
A deep powerful color
Not the scream of a stripper in fire engine red
But more the color a queen would wear
When she has a dalliance with an errant knightTwo friends

Perfect! and that's my favorite color too.
Colours! How they very much reflect a mix of personalities, moods and seasons. My staying colour is the deepest possible midnight wine, closely followed by the deepest midnight blue, preferably with a slight wavy effect.

Very nice. In a challenge we were all asked to write about ourselves if we were a color...it just so happens mine was red. Close to burgundy huh. I enjoy your work Ms. Muse.
