Polaris Pool Cleaners

Polaris pool cleaners have earned their place as a very popular option for pressure powered pool cleaners, offering high performance and reliability. In this article I'm going to talk about the different models that are available, their relative advantages, where you can buy them at a very low price.

The original Polaris model is the Polaris 180. Still in use today by many, it is suitable for all inground pools. It combines sweeping action with scrubbing and vacuuming across all surfaces, and has built in filter bag to collect large debris such as leaves and pebbles, preventing an accumulation of such dirt in your pool filter.

The most popular Polaris pool cleaners are the Polaris 280 series. Again these are suitable for all inground pools, and feature double water jets. An innovation which was added to this model was tracks which can be used instead of wheels, which makes it ideally suited for vinyl surfaces. The jets were very effective at shaking loose accumulations of dirtthat would not come loose otherwise.

The next model was the Polaris 380, which has a separate booster pump to give it additional power. This model has a redesigned aesthetic, and has a dark model which can be used with dark bottom pools, making it a sort of "stealth pool cleaner". It can connect to any dedicated pressure line, which makes it quite flexible.

The next step forward for Polaris pool cleaners was the Polaris 480 . This model really up the ante with four powerful vacuum jets, enabling it to literally blast dirt off of the pool surfaces. This power is backed up by a large intake capable of dealing with large items such as pebbles, twigs and large leaves. This model also includes extra scrubbers and an in-line filter screen.

These models are very impressive, but the next model in the series is a virtual powerhouse. The Polaris 3900 sport is considered by many to be the most technologically advanced pool cleaner available. It has an all wheel drive system providing 50% more torque, meaning that this cleaner is not likely to slip or slide, or get stuck. It is the most powerful three jet cleaner made by Polaris, and provides 40 GPM of extra pool filtration through the filter bag. The bag itself has a 5 L capacity, so it's not going to clog up and stop the cleaner from working properly in the middle of the job. Ease-of-use was a design consideration, the filter bag has an easy-to-use twist release connector. It's made from stainless steel and durable plastic, and is designed to last. It's also designed to look also, making this the Ferrari of pool cleaners.

I'm sure you'll agree that the Polaris pool cleaner line has a lot of different options, with one cleaner being sure to fit your requirements. I recently found a website where you can buy these products at the lowest available online prices. They have a policy of undercutting the competition, so if you see a cheaper price anywhere else from a legitimate supplier they will undercut it by 10% of the difference. This means you can shop there confident that you get in the lowest prices.
