Some things just grab your attention: fire trucks, midgets, strippers on poles ect. So it is only natural that when I saw a post on Craigslist entitled Get Empowered through Pole Dancing! I had to click on it

I can honestly say that the stripper pole has relieved me of much stress after a long days work, and cash too. But so far this seems innocent enough. Maybe it isn't based on actually stripping, maybe this is a workout discovered in the archives of some nunnery that was used to keep the future saints agile and quick with the ruler?

Monday- Emphasis on pole spins

Tuesday- Emphasis on pole static poses

Wednesday- Emphasis on “ The Booty” with dances such as the Booty Clap

Thursday- Emphasis on striptease movements and sensual pole movements

The Booty? Booty Clap? so much for the nuns. So this is a stripper based workout! Perhaps it is some underhanded attempt to lure women into the seedy nightlife? I must know more ( panting) I must know it all!
