There are so many fad diets out these days that it is hard to know which ones actually work and which ones are just fads. I know from personal experience that finding the right diet from you can be very difficult. A lot of diets required me to eat foods that I just did not like. I failed countless times, which only made me feel worse about myself. I had to learn that I could lose weight, but it was something that would take time and I had to learn to believe in myself. I have compiled a list of the top diet cook books on the shelves today to help people find the perfect cook book for them. Keep in mind that buying a diet cook book is not a guarantee that you are going to lose weight; losing weight does require some effort on your part. There is a cliché that says ‘you are what you eat’ and it is true if you only eat junk food then you are going to feel sluggish and bloated, but if you eat good, natural foods then you will feel good. The first step to losing weight is to evaluate your eating habits and change them for the better; hopefully these books will help you discover a healthier way of living.
