Go ahead, I expect many people to call me a racist for sharing the e-mail I received below.Remember where the equal distribution of money goes to. Also remember, "if you can't sell, buy." How about a new one. If you want to make money without breaking a sweat, go into politics. Or; If you don't want to work for generations, make people that work pay for you. Welfare is a wonderful thing when you are disabled or have a problem you can't handle. Don't tell me know one in a family can find any kind of job for generations. I heard the; "that job is below me." If you can't find any job, what can be below you? This is an easy concept for the politicians. They get elected, are assured of their pensions, receive great health-care, make a nice salary hell, why should they care about those of us trying to just make it. We need to get rid of this life-time welfare. What incentive does anyone have when they get taken care of. I'm old enough to remember when getting welfare meant you couldn't have a washer & dryer or a color television. Now it means rent, washer-dryer, color TV (with cable), car, well you get the picture. My father worked day and night, he slept two hours a day. He told me; "he would clean toilets to feed and cloth us. He never wanted to take from the government. This could be said of all races at that time. It was embarrassing to say your family was on welfare and they say change is good. How is it possible a family can be on welfare for generations? The e-mail below will show which are our ten worst cities for people to be under the poverty line. Read it to the end, maybe you will see what they all have in common. Of course there are other problem's, but this hit me in the face.

Detroit, MI (1st on the poverty rate list) hasn't elected a Republican mayor since 1961;
Buffalo, NY (2nd) hasn't elected one since 1954;
Cincinnati , OH (3rd)...since 1984;
Cleveland , OH (4th)...since 1989;
Miami , FL (5th) has never had a Republican mayor;
St. Louis , MO (6th)....since 1949;
El Paso , TX (7th) has never had a Republican mayor;
Milwaukee , WI (8th)...since 1908;
Philadelphia , PA (9th)...since 1952;

Harvey, I think you nailed this one, but I will be waiting for the libs to come out on this one. I can't wait to see their fable responses.
I know of females in high school in some of the cities who couldn't wait to have child so that they could get the $750 allowance a months so they would have money. 2 children would get them $1500. This is a sad situation. They guys just get into drugs selling with hopes of being rich.

Hi Harvey-I agree, you nailed it. I love the Abe Lincoln quote-I had not seen that one before. I met a woman at a food pantry a few weekends ago who was dressed in an aeropostle t-shirt and designer jeans, $80 sneakers and driving a 2010 Chevy Tahoe. She was there picking up bags of groceries. I assumed she was picking them up for someone who needed them as the jewelry she had on was exorbitant. I asked her if she was delivering this food to someone in need and she kinda of snorted and laughed and said no, that it was for her. I said oh, you and your family must have fallen on hard times, thinking she had maybe recently lost a job or something. Again she said no, I'm a stay at home mom and my husband has a great job. I'm just taking advantage of the free groceries. I think my mouth must have dropped open in shock as she took her sugar, rice, beans, , bread, tuna fish, and cereal to leave. I watched her go and that's when I saw her get into the brand new tahoe with...you guessed it an Obama bumber sticker!
rs, Thanks and familiar story. I've seen this since the late 60's. I had friend's that took food stamps while in college. I was always taught to take care of myself and help other's.

Thanks Harvey The fact that those cities and towns keep voting for Democrats is a sign that says "Welcome to Socialism" if you don't like it get out.. Now if all those who do not subscribe to socialism could actually find a place to go, I wonder what the do nothing lazy ass freeloaders would do when all the contributors are gone.
Of course the bleeding heart socialist politicians would probably still be blaming Nixon and Bush!
