  • Fresh butter 1 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes 's skin away and then clean with water after that cut it in the cube shape.
  2. Bring the pan to boil and pour oil. When the pan get hot, you must put the potatoes that you cut already to fried and wait until turn to yellow and then take it and rest on the paper.
  3. In the same pan, pour oil out and have only a little oil left inside the pan. Fry garlic, parsley, pepper, and salt mix them together.
  4. Bring the potatoes that you rest to the pan and put fresh butter beside around the potatoes. You must wait until butter melt and go inside the potatoes.
  5. Pour egg to cover the potatoes and wait until it's turn to yellow.
  6. Take in and put on the dishes. Serves with ketchup and hot rice
