What special food will you give to your kids whn they return tired after playing. They should get more nutritious foods in this age. There is nothing that can replace this rich food recipe that is the cheapest food recipe and has more fatty content.


The ingredients that we should have are as follows


One Potatoe preferabble one large one or two small ones.
Two eggs

Green chillies - one or two
Curry leaves and corriander leaves
1 tablespoon of bread crumbs
Salt and Pepper as required
2 teaspoon oil

Now we have to grate the potato in a bowl, and add egg contents, green chillies, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix them very well.


After this in a hot pan pour 1 teaspoon oil and mix with well by battering the contents. Fry them in low fire, till they become brown in colour. Now you have a tasty potatoe pancake before you.


Your children will like it more if you can add ghee instaed of oil. You can aslo add some sugar or honey over the cake to make it sweeter.
