Good article=) I just recently started a morning and evening pranayama regiment. This stuff is powerful-). the Yogis say you cant even reach real meditation until your nadis(channels) are purified-). I got an awesome book by Swami Rama and he emphasizes balancing the flow of air in both nostrils, too learn to control the flow with you mind alone. After a few weeks of practice i finally reached an ability to balance ida and pingala and it has made my meditation so much more enjoyabel! Thanks for the article=)
