I agree. Check out all the complaints regarding this so-called business and see how eerily similar everyones' stories are. They steal their money and provide absolutely no tax service. Many are left with an even larger debt. PTR you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
PTR is a bunch of crooks. Do the research as suggested above, google "PTR scams" or "PTR complaints." Do not fall victim to this company the way some many others have.
Oh my gosh, I wish I had read on these comments before I gave my $2,500 away and here two years have gone and I have not hared anything. You know what makes me the most angry and frustrated, I signed up for their services while I was stationed oversease while protecting and serving scammers like PTR. Knowing my situation and deseprate need I had it did mean anything to them. I doubt they even exist. Everytime I called I greet by this so called operator even makes me mad more than what they did to me and my case manager is either out for vaccation or on medical leave and so on. How is that my problem? I paid PTR not the case manager, how come no one could pick up where he left off (if he started anything) in two years? Rather give me your number we will call you back. Oh I have a lot to say about these shameless parasite. They say they will bring a case closure in two weeks, look I've not even had a staus update in 2 years. Trust me they're more headache than IRS. I found dealing directly with IRS a lot easier than this legal thiefs. You can't just take someone's money and don't answer inquires, phones, e-mails... Readers, do not fall to thier scam please...please. I'm speaking from a hands on expierence and hope all thse will come to the light. I have kept every proof I've with them. I'm sure it will come handy one of these days. Theifs!!!

PTR is nothing more than a scam artist. Don't believe me, google PTR complaints.
