Getting pregnant at 40 or over can be done naturally. I’d like to share some of that information with you and maybe point out the disadvantages of using medical technologies to force pregnancy artificially.

There are a lot of ways provided to woman for getting pregnant at any age; but In-Vitro Fertilization and artificial hormones can have negatives attached to them. The use of anything artificial comes with a price.

With more women waiting until after their careers are started to get pregnant it getting pregnant at an older age has become a focus for newspapers, University journals and doctors. The risks of birth defects, miscarriage, difficulty while in labor and even infertility have been common warnings.

Getting Pregnant At 40

Mature woman can offer stability, experience and patience to a child, so why isn’t it a good idea to get pregnant when they are older? From an alternative medicine point of view, the answer is obvious; their bodies have been subjected to toxins for more years than a younger woman.

Toxins and free radicals cause cell and DNA damage, and a woman’s body will react by producing less than perfect eggs. These eggs are less likely to be fertilized, and could increase the possibility of birth defects, and even miscarriage.

The body is a natural system and when a woman uses the technology available to force pregnancy; the results are not always good for the mother or her child.

The Chinese have used natural techniques and herbal remedies for thousands of years, and they can help all processes of a woman’s life; including regulating menstruation and ovulation, restoring egg quality. These natural remedies can help create healthy pregnancies and babies.

You might be asking yourself the same question I ponder. Why aren’t natural remedies like herbs used more often if they have been proven scientifically successful in clinical trials? Why don’t all women use the natural healing process to help them through their bodies’ life? If natural remedies are safe why don’t doctors endorse the natural healing methods?

The schools are not teaching our doctors about alternative medicine. The standard training would have a woman use drugs, like clomid, or procedures like IVF or artificial insemination, or even go so far as to advise you to just give up getting pregnant. If they were trained in alternative medicine they might suggest you change your diet and lifestyle.

I would like to offer these ideas as intermediate steps you should take before taking the advice of your M.D to use drugs or just give up. There are ways to detoxify your body that will give it a chance to do its job. “AnitoxiPlus” will help clean up your body of any fertility-damaging substances and improve egg quality. You can boost your ability to fight off toxins and give your body, and your baby the nutritional support it needs with a superfood supplement such as “AlkaGreens Plus” and most importantly, balance the hormones with organic herbal remedies like “FertilPlus” to lower FSH, regulate menstruation and ovulation.

Natural remedies can also aid in alleviating stress which can block fertility. Stress has far reaching attributes which can cause imbalanced hormones, keep you from ovulating, and even make your menstrual cycles irregular. I would suggest you try stress relieving activities like listening to “Quantum Relaxation” CDs. Meditation has been known to create relaxation and these CD’s will help put the brain into a deeper state of relaxation deeper than even meditation. Relaxing will rejuvenate the soul and let your body heal itself.

You can get pregnant at 40 or older. It is possible to have a healthy baby and enjoy the process of pregnancy using natural remedies.
