Ways of preparing for the exam varies depends on the various aspects. It depend on the how fast you learn, how good you are with the exams, whether you like the subject or no, etc, But there is one common thing is you need to get passed with good marks.
Preparing for the exams starts from every day practices.
1. Start revising the subjects every day for at least for 30 – 40 minutes.
2. Spend another 20-30 minutes after class going over the notes.
3. Make your own schedule for the preparation and stick to it. Allot more time to the tougher subject.
4. Take notes when you are studying. This will help you in revising the subjects.
5. Break the material into smaller chunks and study each one.
6. Hold of some past exam papers.
7. Group study will help you a lot the studying alone.
8. Take care of your health before the exams.
9. Take proper rest.
10. Make sure you won’t get panic or tensed for anything
The Day of the Exam
1. Stay focused on the day of the exam
2. Don’t panic
3. Make sure you eat before the exam as you won't be able to concentrate if you are hungry.
4. Don’t eat too much or too sugary items, you may feel sleepy.
5. Make sure you dress comfortably and take water with you.
6. Use the bathroom before the exam starts.
Getting Ready To Start the Exam
1. Remain calm
2. If you are nervous, try to relax by breathing in slowly through your mouth and out through your nose.
3. Follow all of the instructions in the exam hall. They may tell you some important information about the questions and any mistakes in the questions that they need to correct before you start the exam.
4. Take the first 5 minutes out from the whole exam to read all of the instructions.
5. Plan to take 5 minutes at the end of the exam to review your answers.
6. Planning at the start what you are going to answer and allot time for each question and don’t spend more time on the same question.
