Prescription Fat Burners - Do They Work?
There is no denying it! At one time or another we have all found ourselves looking at the image before us in the mirror wondering how and why we feel fat. Rember those jeans from last year, you know the ones referred to as “…my skinny jeans…”, they do not seem to want to zip anymore…maybe laying on the floor is the trick.
Those baggy jeans…...remember when they were baggy? Let’s face it, father time has stepped in. There are ways to get quick handle on the situation – shed a few pounds. It was just yesterday in fact that there was commercial on the radio declaring the new and improved prescription fat burner. It must work…after all, it is required to consult a physician before use. ;o)
Truth is that prescription or not there are some serious side effects that can occur. Prescription fat burners and even over the counter pills contain certain ingredients that defer the absorption of fat.
They do not necessarily burn the fat as much as they prevent additional fat sticking around. These ingredients that make up the diet pill have time and time again caused problems with the heart and stomach – more specifically toward increased intestinal discharge (nicest way to put it).
While you are attempting to lose the weight necessary to squeeze back into those jeans, ‘it will happen’, your body is conjuring up ways to react to the pill you have been ingesting.
The prescription fat burners and over-the-counter diet pills that really catch the eye are the all-natural diet pills. Now there is a negation of terms. A diet pill that will help me lose weight naturally?
Hmmm… Are you seriously considering this?! RED FLAG!!!! Natural and pill do not belong in the same sentence. Maybe an herbal tea or herbal diet something to assist in weight loss, but for some reason seeing natural and pill just does not settle well.
Regardless of how or the makeup of the pill, it still will have the key indicators that keep the body from absorbing fat – safe diet pills just do not exist. Those indicators cause the potential health issues that could eventually lead to health risk.
There are other ways of making sure those baggy jeans are baggy again, and I am not referring to several deep knee bends continued until they are loose.
I’ll let you in on a little secret…...come a little closer….proper eating. Believe it or not, there are some diets that work. There is actually science and case studies backing up their claims. Click here for more information
