Prescription sunglasses may seem a little strange at first glance, however they are not. When I first wore spectacles I did not especially need them to help my eye sight when reading outdoors. I could toddle off on holiday with any old sunglasses and still enjoy a good read whilst relaxing in the sun.

Of course the Free or cheaper prescription sunglasses often are only available in a limited choice of frames. These are usually fine but will not be designer names. For designer frames you will pay more but there is a great choice and the price should not be exorbitant.

One thing I like is that you can buy Varifocal sunglasses. I love these. It means that people like me can wear them all day, if necessary, in the sun. They will incorporate your lens for reading and your distance lens. This means that you do not have to take lots of glasses with you, when visiting the beach, for example. As spectacles can be pricey these days this makes good sense.
