Obama Approval Rating Drops Amid Health Care Reform
66President Barack Obama's Approval Rating
An update to this artcle is that President Barack Obama's approval rating has dropped to about 50% amid the controversial health care reform bill and the issuance of the $787 Economic Stimulus Plan. There is a honeymoon period of every President who takes on th new public office and as President Obama campaigned on a platform of change, his policies has not always been met with public approval. The health care reform bill is now the toggle that can put President Obama back on a higher approval rating if the American people will not be generalistic to their comprehension about change as far as the bill is concerned. American has the highest health care cost internationally and the Obama adminstration is trying to make good on the campaign promise to insure the 47 million uninsured Americans who voted him into office as well as 11 million uninsured children. The information that follows is information relative to President Obama as he experienced an unprecedented 68% approval rating before his 100 days in public office.
Thank you for America for President Barack Obama's 68% rating from the public polls. It is hoped that President Barack Obama follows in the footsteps of the prestigious President Jimmy Carter who has received the coveted Nobel Peace Prize. Also it is hoped that the descension of the three Republicans to support President Barack Obama's $787 Billion Economic stimulus plan is not looked as culprits to be in contempt of the Republicans party policies, but as true Americans. These three politicians from Maine and Pennsylvania did what they know is best and not superficial to help the economy to get out of the recession that it has been in since December of 2007. Thank you Mrs. Collins, Mrs. Snowe and Mr. Specter for being great Americans.
I agree with the many reflections of President Barack Obama's rating as doing more than most presidents have done since his tenure as most presidents before the historic 100 day rating. The rating period is not a grading system for the President as the public polls will surely show any drop in performance but so far the 68% approval rating appears to be solid and may climb or dip depending on the American people freedom to say what they please about the president.
Most of the programs that have been pushed in Congress were in process before President Barack Obama took office. It is amazing how there were stimulus packages during the Bush Administration, however the American public only looked at what it could do for them in the form of rebates. Also it is hoped that President Barack Obama does not receive a "boot" for his performance but continue to promote Americans working together and for Americans to keep this country moving forward.
There were stimulus packages during the Bush Administration but the American people were not as involved in the workings of their government as they are now. If President Barack Obama's approval rating hovers at 68%, it is a good thing, because of his historic election to the presidency, there are forums like this where Americans are talking to each other about the workings of the government. Let us keep the dialogue open and continue to talk to each other and that way remake America to the country of the people, for the people and by the people.

Obama's approval rating has been at its lowest the last two days and look like it might keep sinking as people are sick of big government taking over everything.
