Ok, so now let's take a look at how his accomplishments have been met the by liberals in the media and the Congress.

County not hit---Drove the media crazy, the big 3--abc, nbc, cbs continually predicted it was not "if" America would be hit again it was "how often" They predicted Americans would now have to get used to living like "Israelis" with bus bombings and cafe bombings a part of daily life.--------------------- ---****proven wrong****

It seemed to irk them the longer time went by wihout the homeland being hit. How could this be happening ---why we predicted the US would be hit. Who does Bush think he is? Ted Kennedy said if we continued to fight in Iraq the terrorists would get angry......What?? Ok, so in the war my father fought in I guess it would have gone like this: If you keep fighting in Europe, the Nazi's will get real angry---right.

Libereated 50 Million Iraqis-----killed the libs, predicted failure at every turn, insulted our military leaders calling Gen Petraeus, Gen. Betray Us. That big fat lard Democrat Rep. from PA, Murtha even stood outside Bush's ranch holding a protest with the darling of the media, Cindi Sheehan. Funny how after actually taking a tour of Iraq the bloated Congressman praised the progress of the surge. Of course he had to add, but I think we are failing diplomatically, God forbid he utter a line of praise without including some criticism. Let's see, weren't these the same fools that praised Clinton for going to war in Kosovo? Gee they must have had wmd's and presented a clear and present danger to the US, I just can't remember the date they attacked us. Ohh wait a minute I get it now, we were liberating "white people" so this was a higher cause.

Successful in having No. Korea suspend it's wmd program -- No, Korea not only agreed to suspend it's wmd program but also to shut it's reactors down and allow inspectors from the useless UN to confirm. Well let's see how the libs have helped this take root. Oh yes, the Koreans have taken such a love of America that they decided to fire off seven missles in celebration of the 4th of July---got to love those Koreans, threatening our annihilation one minute and celebrating our independence day the next. But Mr. Obama was very stern with No Korea after they shot those seven missiles----very Stearn--

Approved Anti Missile Shield in Europe----Bush had a hard earned victory for our defensive shield in Europe over Russian objections. When Russia strongly objected Bush went there personally and met with Putin and thier token president behind closed doors. Bush came out from behind closed doors victorious announcing the missile shield was staying. But leave it to President Obama to empower the Ruskies so they feel important on the world stage again. We only spent fifty years trying to diminish their importance, but now we have to make everyone feel equal,(feelings are so important to liberals), you know it's kind of like affirmative action for diplomacy. Obama was happy to announce that he promised the Ruskies that the defense shield for Europe was off the table. And Putin's response was?? "It's a good start" At first I didn't get the "good start" line, but Mr Obama cleared that up for this past week by announcing we would destroy about 500 missile delivery systems as well as reduce our nuclear missile inventory. The new Great Communicator said our relationship with Russia had been in "drift" That's correct it's called WINNING!!!! Our enemy was no longer equal to us in strength---but Mr. Obama will fix that.
I hear Iran is pretty happy with that too. Obama's ability to make people happy just goes on and on.

Approved Home Land defense shield in Alaska----program to defend the homeland from missile threats from rouge countries that would like to harm us. Now let's see, are there any countries that would like to harm us...hmmmm. Probably not anymore, not now that the new Great Communicator has apologized to the entire world for being Americans. Wait---you mean Al-Qaeda and the Taliban still want to harm us? Even after the President bowed to the King, and said he wanted to work with "moderate members of the Taliban? The moderates, you know , the ones that only want to kill us on foreign soil. And you mean No Korea is serious?? They really do want to rain down nuclear missiles on us? But they don't have the kind of technology that can reach us --------yet. Ok, so Obama has killed the US missile defense shield in Alaska, no one would actually try to damage our home land. Although I did seem to hear that No. Korea was thrilled, and I hear the residents of Hawaii are bit concerned.

Gave Executive Order to Drill Our Own Oil-----(libs hate it----we need to be green). So let's keep paying our enemies billions for imported oil. We need to protect our environment---and I'm sure those super tankers carrying billions of gallons from the middle east get great mileage and are very good for the environment. So the community organizer reverses the decision and puts a halt to any drilling that might have occurred. I know the residents of CA were thrilled to learn that their bankrupt state would not be getting that new 5 Billion dollars annually in expected revenues form oil and gas off it's coast. It's so much more fun seeing those super tankers arrive from the Middle East full of crude, and leave full of US dollars. But we can always just switch to alternative fuels, did you fill up today at that new shinny fuel station in town? You know the one selling alternative fuels------I must have missed it.

No child left behind----has to be good the teacher's unions hate it. Imagine actually having to be accountable for the results you turn out? Now there's a novel idea. You mean we're going to be held responsible for how well our kids are educated? Since when is that our responsibility? This is a government school, we as teachers have rights, we expect high salaries, a day to end at 2:15 pm, tenure so that we can't be fired, plenty of vacation time, and great benefits. To bad GM didn't follow that business model.

Social Security Solvency---Liberals laughed at the President's claim that Social Security would be in trouble in the not to distant future. Kind of that same laugh that Barney Frank had in 2005 when McCain said Fanny and Freddie Mac were in trouble. Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, that was a good one John, as Barney told us, they were not only solvent, but everyone want a piece of them. Well I guess Barney was right, we all ended up with a piece of them, along with a piece of GM and AIG.

There are millions of women in Iraq that have climbed out from underneath their burk-as to enter the modern world. But the liberal woman's groups here would have us think those women loved those burk-as, why they were designer burk-as. I think I saw one woman wearing one that had the Polo logo on it. Yhea, and I'm sure Diane Sawyer enjoyed wearing hers when she visited the Mid East, maybe she should wear it on her show from now on.

And for one more laugh let's look at the idiot liberals that screamed about the deficit under GW. Ok--- Let's see 469 billion over Seven (7) years on National Defense, and Obama spends four (4) Trillion in the 1st 100 days----no concern about deficits there.
Now your probably saying, but the "stimulus" bill was "only" 3 Trillion. Yes, for the US, but while apologizing on our behalf in Europe Mr. Obama quietly committed 1 Trillion to the world wide bail out----I guess that's our responsibility now that we're citizens of the world. Does that mean I no longer need a passport to travel abroad? Ohh, yes nothing like nostalgia, music goes retro with the 80's being popular again, cars go retro with old style Mustangs, Camaros, and Challengers.

So I guess it's only fitting that politics should get in on the craze-----Welcome back to the Carter years.
