"Change we can believe in", "Yes We Can", these were slogans and ideas that set America on a new course of change. The question is, where is this change leading America. The United States, is the most powerful nation, in the world. The simple fact of the matter is, there will always be a most powerful nation in this world. The bigger question is, what nation would the entire world as a collective choose to be the most powerful.

Under the direction of the United States of America, the world has prospered, freedoms have been gained globally, and smaller advancing nations have had for the first time in recorded history a say in their own destinies. For the last 200 years, American has set the example for freedom, and democracy. America has championed the weak. American has grown and prospered from being a colony subjected to the rule of kings, to the most prolific and productive nation the world has ever see.

There are some who say, "America is too powerful". Or, they say, "America uses too many resources". And then there is the oldie but goody, "America tries to impose it's values on others unjustly". and there are many other criticisms of American society and power, the list goes on forever. The worst part of all of the perceptions of America is, that the country must pay for its mistakes relentlessly, and in exponential terms.

When the American forefathers founded this nation, they had a few things on their minds. They were tired of being ruled over, they wanted freedoms of speech, religion, and the press. The founding fathers, were representing a group of people being unfairly taxed, and being regarded as possessions put in place solely for the purpose of satisfying their rulers. The forefathers were in desperate need to change the face of every life in America and indeed the world. The problem was, there was no playbook. No country had ever truly endeavored to embark on such a journey to freedom for the masses, and their children. This nation was a first, and there was very little to go by in so far as designing a nation will principals based on the rise of the individual with freedoms and inalienable rights. Mistakes were bound to happen. But, they knew this too. So they based their ideas on the Constitution with solutions for mistakes, and for corrections to be made, however with the basic principals were set such that those basic rights could never be changed in order to secure a more perfect union. In short, the founding fathers had designed a format for laws that were based on protection of the individual, not persecution of the individual. This one change was the first of it's kind worldwide. Prior to this idea, laws were enforced to control the masses not protect them. A simple case in point is the notion "innocent until proven guilty". Prior to this notion, anywhere in the world, an individual would be charged with a crime and it was up to that person to prove their innocence. At first it sounds very subtle, but go to China, Cuba, Saudia Arabia, Iran, Venezuala, the list is endless, and talk to people that were prosecuted on the basis of having to prove their innocence. I think you ge the picture.

President Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi wants to punish the United States for what it is, simultaneously grabbing as much power as they can for their own personal gain. He wants to change the face of America. He has set out to appease America's critics by remolding American into a gutless wonder. He has YET to DEFEND America or it's values or principles, in fact, President Obama has done everything in his power to tear down those principles and values that allowed him to be where he is today. To the contrary, he has empowered America's critics, capitulated to it's enemies, and internally, has in just a few short months thrown Americans finacial future in the toilet, all the while subtly nationalizing some of America's greatest private sector intrests, in the name of change, and because "yes he can". President Obama took at oath of office to PROTECT and DEFEND America and Americans. He has been an abysmal failure.

The drive-by media loves President Obama, he furthers their agenda to destroy America. Conservative pundits like Rush LImbaugh and Sean Hannity cry and complain, and try to rally conservatives to the White House. But the the country is still divided. One side appealing to their constituants, the other side trying to rally only theirs.

What President Obama and his puppets have forgotten one thing. The drive-by's are ignoring this one point and is their worst fear which compels them to forward and support Obama under any circumstance. That is, that Americans as a collective whole are great. We have minds of our own and will effect our own change. YES WE CAN. Barely half of the country voted for Obama, and he forgets this, and the drive-by's ignore this fact.

I have confidence in Americans and in America. President Obama is destined to be a failure in legacy. The annals of history will record and document what he did and didnt do, accomplished for better and worse, and destroyed, and all of the collateral damage he effected in the process of being a Karl Marx want-to-be. Like Jimmy Carter, President Obama will be remembered for his negative, in competence, and inabilities. America will get sick and tired of his attempts to appease the enemy, and will never tolerate giving him a second chance. I am confident that the United States and its citizens will indeed give such a reaction to his failure as a protector and leader that the reaction will be indicative of that when Ronald Reagan was put into office. The drive-by networks and newspapers are already feeling the pinch of anger through their declining revenues, subscriptions, and viewers. Things have a way of correcting themselves.

My concern is, knowing things correct themselves in this world, and given the fact that Obama has already put in place actions, and policies that will mandate that corrective measures be made on a light-speed basis, how much damage will have been done and will the corrective measures of his ignorance and hate for democracy and capitalism be enough before our children have to pay the price for our failure as a nation to elect the right person for the job.

America is the world's leader, and example and will continue to be so. YES WE CAN MAKE CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN President Obama. And we will, beginning with the mid-term elections. Destroy what you can Obama, Pelosi, and Reid, and enjoy riding the wave. Americans are watching, and waiting, and in a short time, the entire world will be reminded of our resolve, internally and otherwise.
