Prime The Financial Pump By Giving

In his book Think and Grow Rich, author Napoleon Hill talks about wealth as being a state of mind. After traveling the world and interviewing 200 of the most successful people of the day, Mr. Hill concludes that the power of thought through imagination is what it takes to be successful in this world. Building upon the ideas presented by Napoleon Hill many people have become wealthy through the use of their imagination in creating the life that they want. But staying wealthy is another idea altogether. Many personal growth organizations teach that if you give away money charitably you will increase your own wealth. By allowing the constant flow of money to filter into your hands and flow back out your can save a portion of what you have and build your wealth over time.
Many people understand that while they have worked hard to gain their wealth the practice of giving away a portion of their income allows more money to come into their lives, practice the concept of charitable giving. The analogy of priming a pump comes to mind when considering how giving away money actually attracts more money. If you have ever been to a farm or perhaps camped where a well has been dug and a pump is used to pull the water to the spigot from deep in the ground, the work of pumping the handle draws the water to the surface and out of the spigot by building up pressure in the pipe leading to the well or source of water. Primping the pump is about using a small amount of water to help attract the well water to the surface and out of the spigot. When a pump is primed with water the well water flows more easily and requires less effort from pumping to draw the supply of water out of the well. As strange as it may sound money works in a similar fashion to water and when a person gives a little of what they already have away the flow of money coming back to them is greater.
Millionaires and billionaires as well as everyday working class people practice the concept of giving away charity donations to less fortunate people. In fact, most rich people will admit that they are blessed with greater wealth and opportunity because they are so generous with what they have and know how to manage their wealth. When Ross Perot took his company public and sold stocks on the exchange he gave half of the earnings collect from the sale of that stock to charity. Other billionaires also give their money freely through charity donations to churches, hospitals schools and shelters or other worthy causes. By giving a portion of what they have the elite and wealthy are priming the financial pump and receive greater rewards than what they give.
Childrens charities are particularly grateful for the charity donations that they receive and make conscious efforts to send thank you notes, letters, cards and photos back to their benefactors whenever their needs have been met. It is unfortunate that their are many children in the public school system that are struggling to gain an education and have to use outdated equipment or miss out on educational field trips and opportunities to learn because the educational funding is not adequate for the needs of the children in Americas public school system. Each year teachers struggle to educate their overcrowded classes because of budget cuts and restrictions placed on them by the district and state. Many teachers give back a large portion of their meager salaries to fill their classrooms with books and buy supplies and educational materials that are needed for their students learning. While these dedicated teachers are themselves practicing the theory that givers gain and make their own charity donations to the students their rewards are more along the lines of academics than monetary as they see children learning and growing through their personal dedication and commitment to education.
Giving to the education of Americas youth and helping them to understand the principles of charity are import lessons for children to learn. Empowering young minds through the provision of supplies, computers and field trip funding of school donations is a way for many people to give to the community that they live in and see the gratitude of the youth that benefit from the classroom experience. The two-fold reward to the generous giver comes not only through the priming of their own financial future, but also through the priming of the minds of the children that will have a greater opportunity to continue their education and become contributing members of the community themselves in the future. By donating through online charity websites people everywhere have the ability to assist in the rearing of Americas young people and aid them in the classroom with the specific needs that are outstanding to the individual classroom and school.
Charity donations can come in many different forms and take on many different faces as the needs of the less fortunate are met by those that are building stronger financial bonds for themselves, but it is important to note here that giving to a charity of any kind must be done in the right spirit of giving in order for the universe to open up and provide greater abundance to the giver. The principle of tithing or charitable giving works best when the giver is truly concerned about the people that they are helping and that they see the value in contributing to the lives of others to improve situations and better the community and world that they are a part of. Only by giving freely without expectation of a reward can charity be able to work to prime the pump of financial success for the giver and return a greater increase than what has been given through the charity donations that benefit another. Through thoughtful and planned giving a person can gain a sense of satisfaction in knowing that they are helping out another human being and it is that feeling of personal sacrifice and service that allows the flood gates to open and the flow of money to move more freely and quickly into a persons life. By following the principles outlined in by author, Napoleon Hill anyone can achieve the wealth that they desire and become rich through the power of their own imagination and generosity of helping others to be successful in their own right.- Donations to charity fund help those in needRoyal Oak Daily Tribune2 hours ago
