Priyamani is a wonder! Although she had a very good introduction in Veteran director Bharathiraja's tamil movie KANGALAL KAIDHU SEI - the movie bombed at box office. Then, it was Balu Mahendra's movie the Dhanush starrer Adhu Oru Kanakkaalam that was another failure movie.

In the mean time, she had several projects in tamil, telugu as well as her origin mallu cinema and nothing helped her much till PARUTHIVEERAN -the mega hit movie by Ameer came in.

Priyamani was only known for her glamour and charm before that movie. But, Paruthiveeran was a grand success and it helped her won the Indian National Award for the Best Actress of 2007. One more nice thing about the movie is that it was the one where Priyamani dubbed her own voice for the 1st time.

Hi Yuva, I knew that. But, still there is a news that Prithviraj(mallu actor) and Priyamani are also there in same movie. And it is said to be Prithvi plays a negative role and Priyamani is his pair.

Anyway, nothing is sure. It is all gossip, not confirmed news.
