This allows those of you who feel you have to hurry to exercise or think its boring, this enables you to maximize your calorie burning in shorter periods creating shorter workouts. The total body cross training does this as well, working out both you upper and lower body at the same to give your body very impacting workout.

If one of your main goals is working out your glutes and legs, the Power Incline Ramp allows you to do so, with a configuration for those muscles all on its own. Making its own program you can compare this to how a treadmill works when you want stronger resistance, and give off that feeling like you are running uphill. Along with the cost of only a thousand dollars, you can rest assured this will give you the ultimate workout for your body, burning substantial amounts of calories, and being affordable at the same time.

Cons

Probably the biggest backlash on the EL 1200 is its not durable enough to have several people in the household using it constantly. While it is affordable, those that spend $1,000 or less on a elliptical machine of any kind need to understand it is built for the affordability, instead of the sturdier machine that is almost never less than $2,500. Same with a the warranty that is only 90 days for parts and labor.

Other Notes

The ProForm Epic EL 1200 Elliptical is considered the best purchase as far as "best elliptical for the buck." It may be in your best interest to purchase a bigger warranty over and above the 90 day one that they offer upfront. Don't worry though, I'm sure they'll ask you when you get to the checkout line. Another thing many people don't realize, is that this type of product is better to search for offline, rather than online.
