- PICHK.DOC Project Initiation Checklist for Small Projects. Scoping and sign-off document. It covers the many topics governing a project's charter. Assures your homework is done before asking for money. I use this frequently since it keeps me from getting into trouble.
- RISK.XLS A project risk assessment spreadsheet.
- GLOBAL.MPT 511KB (104KB zipped) A default Microsoft Project template with many useful settings.
- STARTER.MPP Another default template, with a different set of assumptions.
- MLOG2.DOC Issue Log. Probably the most revised document on most projects.
- PIKO2.doc Project Initiation Kick Off Report. Announcing how you’re going to kick off the project. In memo form.
- PIRPT2.DOC Project Initiation Report. This summarizes the results of the Project Initiation stage of the project and recommends proceeding to the next stage. It defines what work is to be done, what is to be delivered, how long it will take, by whom, how much it will cost and why it is worth doing.
- STGAPVL2.DOC Stage End Approval Report. Project Phases are sometimes called "stages" (especially where English is spoken without an American accent).
- STGCOST.XLS Costing spreadsheet by project stage/phase.
