Prom night is a big night and every girl wants to look her absolute best.  She has the perfect dress picked out, the shawl looks great and the shoes are to die for, but what is she to do with those long locks of hers.

Finding that perfect hairstyle for the big dance can be frustrating, and even more so if your hair is long, but it does not have to be.  The following are some fabulous hairstyles, that work perfect for long hair.


Wearing the hair down with some curl or wave to give it a little bounce, is always a beautiful, natural look. Adding a tiara, headband, or little clips look great with many hairstyles and are simple to do. The benefits of wearing your hair down is that
styling is simpler, taking less time and in most cases easy to add a quick fix if needed.

Partial up, Partial down is a “you can never go wrong” hairstyle. This style works for many hair types, such as straight, curly, wavy, straight then wavy and so on. Accessories can be added into the hairstyle for added effect as well.

They require much more time and work and are not as easy to fix up when dancing, but the looks you’ll get make it worth it. Gems, necklaces, flowers or clips can be placed throughout the hairstyles to give them that perfect finishing touch.
