Promote An Alkaline Diet to Curtail H1N1 Flu
75Professor Antoine Bechamp (1816-1908)
Diet, Not Drugs to Protect Against H1N1
Hippocrates, Father of Modern Medicine said "Let food be your Medicine and Medicine be your food." Naturopaths and Holistic Health Practitioners know that in order for a virus to multiply, it needs an oxygen deprived environment, or an acidic environment."An apple a day, keeps the doctor away." Most vegetables and fruits are capable of producing a healthy alkaline blood ph level. A healthy ph level is between 7.35-7.45 and, if you really want to make your body resistant to the H1N1 virus and are concerned that the vaccine was approved by the FDA just a little too quickly, I would suggest that you consult this handy table for foods that you might want to eat more of, and others that are less desirable.
"Generally, alkaline forming foods include: most fruits, green vegetables, peas, beans, lentils, spices, herbs and seasonings, and seeds and nuts. Generally, acid forming foods include: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, grains, and legumes."
Drugs also produce acidic blood levels, and common aspirin was implicated in the high number of deaths during the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic. Aspartame and caffeine also are acidic and found in sweeteners and everyday beverages. Alcohol, opioids, nicotine and strong sedatives are also culprits.
Dr. Gary Tunsky states that there are absolutely no favorable alkaline producing drugs. Nada. Zilch. Additionally, the H1N1 vaccine contains the highly controversial adjuvant, squalene, which has been linked to the dreaded "Gulf War Syndrome.Gulf War veterans with Gulf War Syndrome (GWS) received anthrax vaccines which contained squalene MF59 (the Novartis squalene adjuvant) was an unapproved ingredient in experimental anthrax vaccines and has since been linked to the devastating autoimmune diseases suffered by countless Gulf War vets" "The symptoms they developed included arthritis, fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions, aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes, neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), Raynaud’s phenomenon, Sjorgren’s syndrome, chronic diarrhoea, night sweats and low-grade fevers." according to Dr. Viera Scheibner, Ph.D., a former principle research scientist for the government of Australia, quoted by Dr. Mercola in his research.
Many Naturopaths claim that the Pasteur's Germ Theory is really a Hoax, and the Antoine Bechamp’s microzymian principle is much more important to understand as the cause of illness. this Microzymian Principle states that the acidic condition of the patient's cellular environment creates disease.
Professor Antoine Bechamp lived between 1816 and 1908. His biography was written by Montague R. Leverson, the translator of the 1912 edition of The Blood and its Third Element.

Fascinating hub. Thank you.
Hi vrajbala,
Vegetarian food is the best food. Non-veg food enhances chances of swine flu and other diseases.
Be vegetarian to avoid those.
Thanks and thumbs up for a good hub.

My mother has hundreds of old wives tales, she never gave any of us medicines unless, well I can't remember ever taking anything. Chicken soup for a cold, and cod liver oil (yuk) for something. Great Hub, good info, thanks.
yes Jyoti. i have been a vegetarian for 30 yrs, no meat, no eggs. Dairy only. prasadam
"Peas, beans, and lentils are alkaline. And legumes are acid."? What then are legumes??
Check the table i have hyperlinked. there are slightly acidic to very acidic and slightly alkaline to highly alkaline. Obviously there is going to be a range.
Great Vrajavala.
Thumbs up for you, this Hub and vegetarianism. Healthy alkaline food is great protection from many diseases...
Thank you very much for this hub. I just started to change over about 2 weeks ago. I haven't noticed much change but sugar has alot to do with acid in the body too. If you care to look at my hub Sugar in Disguise and link to it too. You'd be surprised what all contains sugar. I did go through a small period of withdrawal when I stopped sodas.

Great hub. I first learned about the effect of body pH on health through the book, The Body Ecology Diet by Donna Gates. I started seeing a Naturopath about a year ago. Americans have been brainwashed into the Western Medicine way of thinking, which has not helped the health of the nation.
