Proper Way to Set Goals and Follow Them

The proper way to set your goal is to write it down. You have to write down your goal in very specific format. You have to know every single detail about what you want and how much time you want to spend on achieving your goal.

First you have to write down your goal. For example, my goal is to lose 10 pounds on September 1st. Or you can write like this, On September 1st I will get on a scale and scale will show me that I lost 10lbs. You can write your goals and variety of way.

Don not write your goal in a matter that of something you don’t want. This would be very big mistake. For example, I don’t want to stay over weight. Or, I don’t want to be 10lbs over my natural weight. This is not write, don’t do this. This is an example of something you don’t want. Make sure that you choose correct warding for description of your goals.

Now you have your goal set. Then write very descriptive in detail everything about your goal. For example, I will wake up every morning at 6 clocks and jog a mile. Or, I will get up 8 in the morning and exercise for 30 minutes. Make sure everything is in detail.

In order for you to follow your goal, you have to be focuses on it. So, what you do is to write your goal on a index card and place it in front of your work place. Make sure to see your goal in writing. Of you can write your goal in the cell phone, each time you open your phone, on the screen you will see your goal.

Keep focused on your goal, and follow it, and everything will work out just the way you want it.
