Pros and Cons of Zalestrim Diet Pills
72If you've been looking for an effective, long-term weight loss solution that doesn't involve extreme dieting or long workouts, you may have turned to diet pills for a solution. Zalestrim diet pills are just one of hundreds of pills designed for women - they promise to not only promote weight loss, but also increase a woman's breast size to enhance the figure. This seems like a dream come true for many women struggling with body image issues, and the pills are promoted as a ‘simple solution' to achieve these goals.
But how effective are these pills? And what are the potential side effects? If you're considering taking Zalestrim diet pills, here are the key benefits and drawbacks:
Promises of Zalestrim Diet Pills
Zalestrim diet pills are promoted as a dietary supplement, and are available for purchase online. They contain a blend of stimulants and herbal extracts to promote weight loss, elevate the metabolism, and even enhance the sex drive. The company claims that most women end up taking too many supplements to achieve each of the three main goals - weight loss, enhanced cup size, and increased sex drive - so Zalestrim is a convenient solution for achieving all three.
Key Ingredients in Zalestrim Diet Pills
Zalestrim diet pills contain the following key ingredients:
• Green tea extract
• Caffeine
• Ginger root
• Metabromine (chocolate extract)
• Magnolia bark
• Passion flower extract
• Wild yam root
• Barberry
•Damiana leaf
• Cinnamon extract
• Black cohosh
• Soy isoflavones
Some of these ingredients are truly unique to the Zalestrim formula, and are not found in most weight loss supplements on the market. Ingredients such as Metabromine, Magnolia Bark, and Passion flower offer energizing, antidepressant properties that may help many women manage their diet with ease. Wild yam root and soy isoflavones have also been linked to improving menopausal symptoms which may be beneficial for women who are aging.
Drawbacks of Zalestrim
Even though Zalestrim contains a significant amount of unique ingredients, extracts, and stimulants, it is unclear how effective each of these ingredients really is for a woman's health. Many herbal extracts listed are already used to treat various ailments and health problems in alternative medicine, but there is very limited scientific proof of their results, and most importantly, how much of each herb needs to be taken for any effect at all. Zalestrim has not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, and may lead to a number of side effects including:
• Anxiety
• Irritability
• High blood pressure
• Increased heart rate
• Nausea
• Poor appetite which results in low blood sugars
Zalestrim is also one of the more expensive diet pills on the market, and can be purchased for about $50 per bottle. Larger orders do qualify for a discount, but the company behind these pills does not offer any money back guarantee or free trial.
Bottom Line: While diet pill manufacturers continue to advertise their products as ‘safe' and ‘natural,' most women don't realize the potential side effects and health hazards linked to the ingredients in these pills. Many women looking for a long-term weight loss solution are turning to diet pills to complement their weight loss routine, but there is no ‘quick fix' solution available.
Real results can be achieved with a consistent workout routine and a well-planned diet that provides the body with the fuel it needs. Zalestrim is just one of thousands of diet pills on the market that promises extreme results with little or no scientific evidence behind it.

I took zalestrim for 3 months as recommended and I never lost a single pound.
I have recently used Zalestrim and I would not recommend this Diet pill to anyone. Not only did it make me fill ill, I was that concerned that I wouldn't be the same again. I have also written to the company to explain that these tablets didnt agree with me and unlike other companies unless I PAY to send them back then I will not get a re-fund. So my advise to anyone, as no-one gave me any, stay well clear from this company and their products!!!
