The various forms that it could take include antibodies, hair, enzymes, nail, hemoglobin, bone, neurotransmitters, teeth and skin among others. Essential Amino Acids:

These are amino acids that aren’t able to synthesize and as such, they need to be supplied to a person’s diet. The important amino acids include: Threonine, Lysine, Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Methionine, Tryptophan and Phenyalanine.

These can be produced by our bodies for as long as we get nitrogen, oxygen, carbon and hydrogen in our everyday diet.
