Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars,A special treat.

Ingredients:
You will need to do this recipe in two steps.
1 - 16 ounce box of pound cake mix
3 eggs
2 tbsps of Melted Butter
4 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
1 8ounce brick of cream cheese (Softened to room temp)
1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
1 15ounce can of pumpkin (or you can use Pumpkin Pie filling,Just dont add the pumpkin spice to this can)
1/2 Tsp of Salt.
1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts or walnuts only if you prefer.
Step one:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl on low speed, Comobine the pound cake mixture with one egg and the melted butter and 2 tsps of pumpkin pie spice. Mix until it is crumbly and then press in to the bottom of a 15X10 inch jelly roll pan.
Step Two:
In large mixing bowl, cream the cheese on low until fluffy, Gradually beat in the milk and the remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin and the spice and the salt. Mix well.
Once you have completed this step, Add it to the pie crust and sprinkle it with your nuts. Bake at 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool and cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.
All your guests will love these delicious treats. And it is a simple to make as rice crispy treats almost. Just a couple extra ingredients and a much nicer treat.
