Navneet Kaur is basically a punjabi girl, who was born and brought up in Mumbai. Her family was very desciplined one as her father was in army and he alwyas opposed her acting in film and videos. Though her mother and brother always encouraged her. While in school, she acted in some video albums also.

Her debut film was a kannada movie "darshan". Later she entered theTelugu silver screen with the film "Seenu, Vasanthi and Lakshmi" followed by "Struvu" ad "Jagpathi".
