Adorable puppies get to me. They have since I was very young, but we rarely had a dog growing up. I can only think of two. But, as a young adult I had the chance to have one for a short two weeks. It was a poodle-sheltie mix. When my sons were babies, we had a black lab. He was given away against my will. So my misfortune with dogs has been a long hard road. I suppose that is why someday, I would like to fulfil my need for a puppies love.
