Pure Personality was created by Joseph Mathews a self confessed shy guy who always struggled being around women and keeping a constructive conversation.  He proclaims the fact that personality, what you say, what you do and how other people perceive you play a vital role, much more than physical looks, in attracting women.  The essence is to communicate your personality and the beauty of this is the fact that a person has control over it.
