Once upon a time, long long ago……lived a wonderful mother of three children. She loved them very much and wanted to be with them every moment possible.  She recognized the importance of being their mentor in life so she encouraged them to be the best they could by reading, exercising and learning.  For several years she trained them from the moment they awoke in the morning until the moment they went to sleep.

As the children grew, one by one they left home in search of life for themselves, leaving the mother with no one to mentor.  It wasn’t long before she was bored at home with no one to mentor, so she found other activities to enjoy. After several years, she ventured out to find satisfying work in the job market.

To her astonishment, she quickly discovered that her short-term memory wasn’t acceptable!  Noticeable lapses were occurring regularly.  She couldn’t remember even the simplest information for a few moments, not even a few seconds.  Upon realizing that she wasn’t able to remember even a seven-digit phone number long enough to write it down, she panicked.

She began reading everything she could to understand what was happening to her.  Nothing seemed to fit her circumstances, apteral; she could remember all the wonderful experiences with her children, all the important things from years ago, and all the little details from last week.

It was decided that she was merely out of practice with her memory patterns.  For the next few days, she began focusing on memory patterns and exercising those techniques to recall information. It helped a little, but not enough to satisfy her. She became exhausted with the mental stress; trying to overcompensate for something she didn’t understand and couldn’t retrain her brain to perform.

She hurried off to the store to buy some Q10 vitamins and some Vitamin B6.  She knew that Q10 helped energize the cells and acted as an antioxidant for her defense system. Vitamin B6 was highly recommended by all the experts for memory functions.  After a few days of taking just one Q10 vitamin and one B6, and continuing her mental memory exercises, she was back in gear!

Hey, I am going to look into that. I notice those very things happening to me.

I'm certainly not a doctor or a pharmacist, but I can vouch for the benefits of Q10. Something about the little neurons zipping around and a glitch in there somewhere....but I def noticed a major difference when taking Q10
