Quest to Find Office Space in NYC

As an Entrepreneur, part of the burgeoning and trail-blazing experience is getting out of the home shelter and moving on up to new facilities.

In our case, we are a Technology Consulting firm and we are searching for and looking to move to a new office in the Big City (NYC) within the next month or so. This initially seemed like a rather simple task at the onset. But a few months into the journey, still no office and the prospects of finding one do not nearly seem as elementary as it once did. The mix of location, price, and amenities plays a major role in this difficulty.

I am aware that due to the current economic times, there are a lot of office providers and realtors that are willing to negotiate to alleviate the stress of holding on to a multitude of vacant spaces. Even in this situation, the offers of virtual offices, shared offices, and dedicated office space is daunting. The hope and determination stays strong and with time and the right planning, we will prosper!
