Unused and old entries, including File Extensions, ActiveX Controls, ClassIDs, ProgIDs, Uninstallers, Shared DLLs, Fonts, Help Files, Application Paths, Icons, Invalid Shortcuts etc. can slow down your Windows PC. You can easily get rid of this types of issue, by using CCleaner. All unnecessary registry entries can easily removed through this software.

Avoid to Install Unnecessary Software

Windows is not suitable for many programs. Always, avoid to install unnecessary software. Install only the software you only need. If the Windows PC has less software, it runs fine. So, always install only the software you only need.

Thanks ocbill for your comment. I think Ubuntu is best now to replace XP and vista. Ubuntu is really amazing and Ubuntu has not these types of problem. I am using Ubuntu now a days and I see it's a great operating system.
