Hmmm - just checking in. I say that but I demonstrate that I don't actually mean it. I try to like everyone and I think Yoda is full of shit on there is no try. Seems to me all there is try. Try, try, try and try again if you ask me. Especially, with people so trying.
I like diversity in my life. It gives me a more rounded life experience. And as long as a person doesn't really suck I try hard to understand their point of view and respect their experience. A trait I would think is admirable but it just isn't with some folks. Their loss maybe?
I think this one was directed at someone else and not me but it's been said to me before. I don't like everyone but I sure try and there is a small fraction of people I would never like... usually the extremers of the guidelines I use. Like I hate people who hate. And I'm not very tolerant of the intolerant. I don't believe in good or bad people though as many do and divide on that judgement. I believe bad people are either lost, beaten down, driven to anger, etc. or mentally ill. I don't have the skills to deal with those folks. But some people do and I think that is to be admired and not shat on.
But that's just me I guess.

I have a hard time understanding people who question others who are trying to be nice. Let nice be nice!
