So, officially today is day one. However, I took the PM (detox) pills last nigt to see if it was going to be a problem going to work or not since we all know that most detox means going to the bathroom a lot. However, it didn't affect me at all. I didn't feel any discomfort. The manual (which is soooo small) says to take 4 tablets shortly before going to sleep. I took it mins before going to sleep. I thought it was going to be hard to take them because they are a bit big but it wasn't too bad. They are gold looking and they have this glitter sparkles on it. Pretty chic for a pill. It says to take it with 8oz. of water I practically took it with a whole bottle of Arrowhead. Went to bed and woke up fine in the morning.

Your suppose to take this pill preferrably before you workout in the morning or you can take it in the middle of breakfast and lunch. So, meaning a little after breakfast but before you take your lunch. However, I wasn't feeling like working out in the morning because I get into work at 9am so I leave my house at 8am so I would have to workout around 5am-7am. So, I had breakfast first. In the manual it gives you suggestions for breakfast because the way the eating part of this diet is you have High Carb days and Low Carb days. Today is a High carb days. So, the suggestion was 6 egg whites and 1/3 of oatmeal. I had 3 egg whites and 1/3 oatmeal which was at 9am. At around 11:30am I took the AM pills. You have to take 2 tablets. The tablets are purple. About 20 mins after I took the pill I did feel an immediate push in the center of my chest. It didn't hurt it wasn't like OMG. I just felt it and I was expecting it because on the label its says the pills are like taking 2 cups of coffee so it has a lot of caffeine which you would defintely want and need if you were to follow to the last word of the manual which is workout before eating breakfast and take the pills. Which I will certainly do tomorrow. Why? Because I felt SUPER SUPER energized. It felt weird at first it was like I was nervous which didn't feel bad. It was kind of funny and tingly. Especially for me where I have a desk job for 8 hours. So, I felt the effect and wished I had used it for a morning workout then in the middle of the day. Because it will definitely help you get through your work out and push yourself and burn those calories. The effect lasted for about 4-6 hours. However, I believe it lasted that long because I didn't do much to burn it off it just stayed in my system. So, my recommendation take it before you work out.
Then, I took another AM pills which again is 2 tablets. I took this around 5pm because I was going to have dinner at 7pm. I felt fine. Nothing like overcharged just the same effect that I had more energy which is weird because by 5pm I have no energy and just counting the hours to get off work. So, I had dinner I ate what was recommended on the samples on the manual which was 6oz. of chicken and veggies. The plan is to eat 4 times a day however, I didn't read that before till now so I'll try that tomorrow.
After dinner and had taken the pills I went to work out. I ran for 30mins. With this diet you need to exercise too. Its recommended to do an aerobic exercise from 30 to 40 mins twice a day. Oops! Just went once. However, I will workout twice tomorrow. But since I only worked out once today I made sure to make up for it by working out 1hr. I did 30 mins of walking and 30 mins of the stairs.
Now all I need is to take the ISO-Burn PM (detox pills) and off to bed.
Ready for day two tomorrow.

Funny! I just started this same diet, and actually I work an office job too! I started this morning I hope we both end up in great results :) I also work an office job and SOMEHOW managed to get up at 6:30am and went for a jog/run from 6:40-7:20 and I took the pill before and wow I actually feel like I wasnt about to die running it gave me tons of energy and its about 9:45 and I havent even yawned yet haha office jobs go wayyy to slow during the day but I guess I was confused on this 1-14 low carb, high carb days..I started my first day with a high carb like in the pamplet but if you read it says oatmeal (which I had this morning) is only on high carb days (3,4,7,8) which is on page 13......but I dont understand when I am going by the 14 days on page ten. Let me know what you think! maybe we can motivate eachother haha!
