You are right, weight loss take time and dedication if you want to take it off and leave it off. Unfortunately, most people look for an easy fix.

I have found some weight loss success on the Medifast diet plan. My favorite part about it is after 2 or 3 days I wasn't hungry in-between meals.

I tried everything, including Optifast and Medifast, but nothing worked for me until I discovered Ximo Golden Ephedra, an energy/weight-loss drink derived from ephedra and green tea. It also contains quercetin, trimethylglycine, and yohimbine, so it also improves my ability to concentrate and my sexual performance.

Ximo also contains powerful anti-oxidants, but because it doesn't contain any ephedrine alkaloids, which were banned by the FDA in 2004, it is completely safe and legal in all 50 states and does not cause jitteriness, high blood pressure, or heart attacks that previous ephedra products were known for and which were the reason for the FDA ban on the ephedra-based products that were available until now.

Yes it is possible to lose weight through a vast number of methods. However, the scientifically proven best way to lose weight and keep it off in a healthy way requires two things. The first is willpower. Not just to resist poor food choices, but to stay on your overall weight loss plan no matter what obstacle life throws in front of you. The second is by making use of a medical weight loss program that takes in to account the fact that you are an individual and everyone's physical and mental conditions are different and require different tools and techniques to be successful in achieving and maintaining weight loss. If you would like more information you can visit my hubpage on the topic at:

The way that I lost weight didn't even need willpower. I retrained my brain to think about food differently. The weight came off easily and has been staying off
