Drink at least 2 liters of WATER daily.

For the three days that you are on this diet, try to eat the final meal prior to 6PM. This will give you the advantage of at least two hours burning calories that you have not consumed. You are allowed as much tea or coffee as you like but I usually drink green tea or peach tea to get the maximum benefit.

Do not change or substitute any of the following amounts or types of food or the diet will not work! You can try the diet as often as you wish, but please leave at least four days of normal eating between dieting.

DAY 1

Breakfast

1 cup black coffee or tea (0 calories)

1/2 grapefruit of 2 oz fresh squeezed juice (55 cals)

1 slice toast (80 cals)

1 teaspoon peanut butter OR 2 oz baked beans (30 cals)

Lunch

3 oz plain tuna in springwater (120 cals)

1 slice toast (80 cals)

1 cup black coffee or tea (0 cals)

Dinner

2 slices turkey (3 oz) {75 clas}

4 oz string beans (35 cals)

4 oz grated beets (50 cals)

1 small apple (80 cals)

30 oz Cote D'ore Vanilla ice cream (200 cals) {or use Cote D'ore Vanilla Light (80 cals)}

Total calorie intake Day 1 = 805

DAY 2

Breakfast

1 cup black coffee or tea (0 cal)

1 hard boiled egg (80 cals)

1 slice toast (80 cals)

1/2 banana (55 cals)

Lunch

3 oz cottage cheese or 3 oz plain tuna (200 cals)

5 Ritz or 3 Tuc Crackers (60 cals)

Dinner

1 plain hot dog or turkey hot dog {no buns} (180 cals)

4 oz broccoli (35 cals)

2 oz carrots (50 cals)

4 oz sliced beets (50 cals)

1/2 banana (55 cals)

3 oz Cote D'ore Vanilla ice cream (200 cals) {or use Cote D'ore Vanilla Light (80 cals)}

Total calorie intake Day 2 = 895

DAY 3

Breakfast

1 cup black coffee or tea (0 cal)

5 Ritz crackers (60 cals)

1 slice cheddar cheese {1 oz} (115 cals)

1 small apple (80 cals)

Lunch

1 hard boiled or poached egg (80 cals)

1 slice toast (80 cals)

1 cup black coffee or tea (0 cal)

Dinner

4 oz plain tuna in springwater (120 cals)

4 oz steamed beets (50 cals)

4 oz cauliflower or green-leaf vegetables (50 cals)

4 oz cantaloupe (55 cals)

3 oz Cote D'ore Vanilla ice cream (200 cals) {or use Cote D'ore Vanilla Light (80 cals)}

Total calorie intake for Day 3 = 910

The diet works by chemical breakdown so do not change it!
