I mean if you're a couch potato stuffing your face with potato chips and soft drinks, and never getting up to do any exercise, what do you expect? There are also a people out there that think that starvation is going to work better as a short term strategy of losing weight. What happens when you starve yourself is your body starts to panic, thinking that there is no food, so it shuts itself down, goes into starvation mode and starts storing as much fat as it can, it's all a trick that our race has learned from the caveman days. So that's not really going to work.
In order for you to have any chance at making your quick weight loss diet work, you have to be careful about what you put into your mouth. Your body changes all the time, you are not the same person that you were this time last year, you are not the same person that you were even a week ago. Your body is renewing itself all the time. The first thing you should do is empty your fridge of all the crap. That means everything that contains bad fat, all the sugary foods all the sweets and cakes, get it out of your fridge and straight in the bin. Another thing to do to help your willpower is not avoid breakfast. This is your most important meal of the day and if you skip this your body is again going to think that it needs to switch on that old starvation mechanism. So don't avoid breakfast at all costs. The next thing is to eat small meals during the day, five meals after you have eaten breakfast eat, so you are actually consuming six meals a day, it's what your body was designed to do, it's called grazing.
There is no point in doing any of the above if you just sit around. Your body has to burn calories in order to lose weight. This is just a simple fact, you only lose weight because you are consuming less calories than you burn up. You need to get up and do some exercise. One of the best exercises you can do for your quick weight loss diet is high-intensity interval training. What this amounts to is coupling high-intensity intervals with low intensity intervals, for instance if you normally walk, what you should now do is walk for two minutes, jog for one minute, and walk again for two minutes. Rinse and repeat. If you normally jog, now you will jog for two minutes, sprint for one minute, and jog again for two minutes. Again, rinse and repeat. What you are doing is training your body into burning more fat than it otherwise would. If all you do is walk or jog for, your body will soon get used to the routine, and it will not lose as many calories as it did before. Another way of helping yourself to lose weight is through deep cleansing and detox.
