There are many quick ways to lose weight, however only few can actually give you the desired result of losing weight quickly. My favorite way to lose weight quickly is by drinking 2-3 liters of iced water a day as this can help you lose 62 calories. Many hunger pangs are simply thirst pangs, so to keep you hydrated and full drink plenty of water. Water helps your body metabolize fat by helping the kidneys flush out waste. Don't substitute for juice. And if you have a glass of water 10-15 minutes prior to your meal, you will feel full once you start eating.

Another quick way to lose weight is having a proper breakfast. The more you eat for breakfast, the less food you will want to eat at night. Please, don't skip this meal as you'll end up devouring everything in sight for the rest of the day. Eat sensibly so your body doesn't crave for food.

Find a diet that suits your body type and your lifestyle. Eating is one of the pleasures of life so don't deprive yourself totally of things you like. Crash dieting is unhealthy and the pounds will soon come back on. Check your portions the next time you dine out. You don't need to finish every morsel. Substitute large plates with small ones. The less processed the food is the better. So eat healthy carbohydrates such as brown rice or potatoes, rather than pizza. When consuming proteins, make sure it's lean protein.

Exercise regularly - you can't expect to lose weight while sitting on the couch all day and sipping water. Join a good gym that lets you work with weights. This will help you build muscle and your metabolism rate will increase. You'll soon see your fat replaced by muscle.

Have faith in yourself that doing the above will help you to achieve your goal of losing weight. Then, you will soon lose weight fast and reach the weight you desire in a healthy manner. If you're motivated enough to stick to the regime and stay committed, you'll get there faster than ever!
