You do not need special powers to quit smoking. Each year, more and more smoker's quit, though the majority do it the hard way. Allen Carr's method and Peter Jeffries (see http://www.quityesterday.com/faq.html ) are the better ways out there to quit.
Try to keep away from NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapies). They aren't natural and can have known and unknown side effects. Good luck!
