WOW!! You are really fast. I messed up while trying this properly. Anyway thanks for being the first to comment. I really enjoyed his cartoons which reflect the comman man's life so appropriately.
CW: Entertaining and light reading for the evening. My favorite is the "rain haversting" cartoon. :)
Thanks Marie for enjoying this hub. I just had to get it done by tomorrow for being eligible for the hubmob. I made some mistakes but hey it was my first hubmob. Anyway I enjoyed selecting some cartoons and glad you also liked it.
His works are great, thanks for sharing this.
It is interesting to see political humor in another country.
Good thought CW. Great tribute to a veteran. People like him bring pride to their country. Thx for putting this together.

Thanks for the short bio and the cartoons. I relish a sharp wit and political humor.
Hi Countrwomen,
Great article on RK Laxman, though some of the cartoons are by Ajit Ninan, another cartoonist par excellence.
Puppascott- Thanks for stopping by and liking these cartoons. I admire cartoonists who with there simple caricatures convey a deep message.
Hyde- I am not sure which cartoons are by Ajit Ninan. I had to sort out those that didn't have copy right from Times of India for R K laxman besides searching google images for R K laxman. Let me know so that I can rectify the mistake right away. Thanks for the observation.
Hey Countrywomen, this is a treat. I never knew we had similar hubs. I'm glad I now have time to get into hubbing again. Thank you for the socio-political relevant laughter. RK Laxman is my kind of cartonist man. My best:)
