RACE ahead! and I guarantee your money spent are in ‘Saif’ hands.Set in the picturesque backdrops of South Africa,RACE tells the story of two half brothers Ranvir [Saif Ali Khan] and Rajiv [Akshaye Khanna]-one of the biggest bookies in the horse racing circuit. All starts normally with brotherly love and sacrifices. But beyond the back, evil plans are taking shape in the minds of the protagonists. There are betrayals and double crosses. One of the two brothers dies(or does he?). And the other inherits the huge insurance claim of 100 million.But wait,Picture abhi baki hain mere bhai!. There are twists and turns in the story virtually every 15-20 minutes that leave you bewildered. The director duo of Abbas-Mustan seem to have done their homework in permutations and combinations pretty well and come up with flying colours in producing a plot that’s piveting and engaging to the last moment.

However like every movie,RACE also has its own drawbacks.Technically, the action is outdated and few of the jumping and running scenes appear over the top( Saif=superman??). Pritam’s music rocks. ‘Pehli Nazar Mein’ ‘Touch Me and ‘Sexy Lady’ are all terrific compositions and their filming and choreography are masterly. But that hurts the flow of the movie. Couple of songs lesser and race could have been much more engaging. But who is complaing? With a slick storyline and hot chics coupled with its release during opening week of holiday season,RACE has already surged ahead at the box office.

Pehli nazar mein by atif is the most beautiful song from RACE.Its going to be the biggest hit.The fact is that it is copied from a korean song.

ALLAH DUHAI HAI is another rocking song from RACE which will make you really dance!!!!
