RC Airplanes and Helicopter are big boys and little boys best model toys and perfect for starting this great hobby.

I grow up with my late Dad and Uncle building By-planes and flying them from our farm to theirs and back again. My son started off with small planes and helicopters, and I expect my grandsons to follow on with the hobby.

The internet makes it easier to shop for model aeroplanes as you can view the specs before your purchase. This enables you to get the right level Beginner, intermediate and advanced flying.

There is now such a wide range of Scale RC Model Airplanes availiable to choose from and it could take you a while to choose.

You get true to scale RC's. You need to check for an authorised distributor and registered importer for genuine RC products that way you are assured of purchaing a high standard to insure quality and workmanship in the radio control airplane. For smaller children the normal rc's you can purchase is just fine because they also need to learn and break a few along the way.

RC Helicopters, RC Jets, RC cars, RC Boats, RC planes, Accessories and gadgets .One thing to remember when looking to purchase any RC is that there is enough spare parts, The blades of the helicopters get damaged and you need a good couple of sets for replacement especially for beginners.

No matter how big or old you get, the allure of RC aircraft will never disappear. I certainly love to watch them fly.  We have fantastic Model Aircraft Competitions in South Africa.
