"Redneck" Baked Beans for a Crowd
4 cans of Bush’s “Country Style” baked beans
1 medium onion (yellow or white) chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp honey
½ lb bacon cooked slightly & chopped in bite size pieces (optional)
In a large crock pot mix all ingredients together well. Cook on high for 2 hours or until starts to bubble. Continue to cook on low for an additional 2 hours to get it nice and thick. You can also cook in oven on low for 2 hours at about 200-250°. Keep covered. Slow and low does the trick.

Make sure you try my famous "REDNECK" Potato Salad for a CROWD as well. It's a real "crowd" pleasure for sure! I haven't had any complaints yet!
