oh yes

the whole traffic lights are crowded with women and children carrying new born , just born, kids , toddlers and tiny tots in their arms

they show case these babies to you in the scorching sun - most of the times underfed - away from the mother ,crying and so weak not to cry, dehydrated ,dishevelled etc

begging for alms.

not for the child's needs but for the adult needs.

do these people have a heart?

if you are so agitated look at the traffic and duty minded traffic policemen totally ignorant of what happens at the traffic

thank god it is not their babies

the traffic stops for a few seconds and the babies are caried to each car and two wheeler and some give alms and some scowls and some a blank reaction.

the babies have eyes and they look pathetic they have a voice and they cry and rebel but who cares.

when a street dog cries and howls there is hue and cry and there is an association called people for animals and blue cross who fight for the rights of the animals.

is there any soul for babies or baby rights?

i do not have the slightest idea about how this can be prevented.do you?
