Getting the RUNDLL Error?

Have you been seeing the RUNDLL, RUNDLL.exe, or RUNDLL32 error the specified module could not be found? This means there is something seriously wrong with your Windows registry. RUNDLL errors are caused from corrupt registry files. For a free scan and diagnosis of the problem please visit Registry Clean Up.

What is RUNDLL?

RUNDLL is a very important system command in the Windows registry. It is a DLL file which stands for dynamic link library. The DLL files are a bunch of smaller shared programs used to help run a larger program. The DLL's help the computer communicate information between both software and hardware. When a break down in the communication occurs then you get windows error messages like RUNDLL - Specified module could not be found.

Why is the Registry So Important?

The registry is the most critical area of your computer. It contains settings and action commands to run every single piece of hardware and software on your computer. The smallest of errors (like RUNDLL) can cause a complete collapse of your system. This is why I recommend to always keep your registry cleaned up and error free.
