Roadblocks That Can Stop You In Your Tracks.
Do you feel stuck and don't know where to start?
Do you feel like you have no control over things?
Well, you will learn how to get past roadblocks whether in your personal or business life right here.
Wouldn't it nice to have that success mindset all the time?
Here are some four of eight common roadblocks that we can face:
- feeling overwhelmed
- lack of time
- lack of money
- lack of support
Step one on how not to feel overwhelmed in your business: it's all in the research and then act upon what you learned. It doesn't have to be perfect because it's not how perfect you are but putting in action what you did learn. You can correct along the way.
Step two deals with
lack of time. You can't control what you can't control. There are only
so many hours in a day. But you can control how you leverage the time
you do spend doing your business. This could mean getting people you
know that are more knowledgeable than you to help you with your clients
or prospect. Act with purpose for each minute you spend doing something.
Step
three takes you into the lack of money. You have to be realistic with
your budget and make informed decisions when you buy something.
Especially important is to pay your bills on time to avoid late fees.
Ask yourself what is the best thing what you are looking at will do for
you and also to look at the worst thing that can happen. Iin other
words, take responsibility for your actions.
Step four looks at lack of support. Did you ever think that your family and friends might not know how to give you support? So to get support, hang out with others of like mind in whatever blog, or website or community you feel will understand where you are coming from.
Continuing Roadblocks To Tackle
Here are the last four roadblocks to overcome.
- lack of confidence
- fear of failure
- fear of success
- not knowing where to get help
Step five, lack of confidence, is something that we all at one time have encountered. Maybe you are your own worst enemy. You have the power to create a new you, so watch the labels you use to describe yourself with like, too fast, too old, too young, too slow.
Step six is also another biggy to overcome, fear of failure. If you don't fail, how can you learn. Look at your failures as attempts at improving and getting better. It's part of life and living. You can't bury your head in the sand and never look out.
Even if the fear of success, step seven, might make you want to hide too.many fears associated with success can make us not want it subconsciously. We can fear having to work too hard once we have achieved success or fear losing it once we have it. Also the thought of have other people depend upon us for their success can be off-putting. We may even buy into the fear that success would change who we are. So knowing that these behaviors are learned through modeling and what we have experienced in our life can help us get over our fear mindset and allow us to embrace success.
And last but not least, we sometimes just don't know where to get help. if you belong to a community, then look there for your first attempts at finding help. There may be coaches or other members ready to communicate with you to help you out. There may even be a support desk available that will cover general problems. Most likely there is a blog set up that makes it easy for other professionals to help you find the answers you want.
