This is probably the biggest news in the Network Marketing industry since I can remember. Randy Schroeder left Agel for Monavie. I didn't know what to think when I heard the news and had to try to find out. Randy made it seem he would never leave and was always seen as somebody everyone admired. Everybody always knew he was always there to help anybody he could. In my opinion he has given the appearance that he is looking out for himself as well as those that had a hard time making money in Agel. Maybe he just decided that Movavie was a better opportunity for his distributors to be successful.

I know Agel is a fantastic company because of what they do for health well as the convenience with products coming in pre measured serving packets which make them an asset for sports athletes and people on the go. With suspension gel technology people have to experience how fast they work, especially the flex for joint relief.

They should continue to lead and grow to be a huge giant in the MLM business but Monavie is attracting more members a month, about 75,000 a month compared to about 25,000 a month for leaders like Nu skin. Monevie is easier to start up because the products are less to purchase and a totally different niche than Agel. Agel understand Agels suspension gel technology. It's not just a gel.

But how many distributors that are not making it, as far as attracting people into their business. It remains to be seen to see how many can discover new ways to market and generate prospects.

The cost to enter in at the executive level is over 1,000.00 dollars in most companies compared to just over 200.00 in Monavie. Randy believes that everybody gets a new grace period, at least for those that have struggled and that those that join him should achieve success faster than with Agel.

Well I have come to realize that the things that Randy teaches everybody is exactly the way my upline sponsor taught me. And I believe that my sponsor is a great guy trying to make it work but he just hasn't learned what it's all about yet. He teaches you the same as most old school uplines teach - to have belief when it really gets tough and if you don't well then that's the reason you are not achieving success. That's when it hits the bottom for a distributor that hasn't even hit the first level yet. It could be devastating for confidence.

The information that is there for anyone that wants to better their business. I see the results that are taking place and I'm pumped up. That's why i love network marketing. You grow with every lesson learned and with the right training people do not ever have to leave the company they enjoy. Distributors 10 levels down don't need an upline member to leverage off of anymore, if you call it leverage...Looking for the next startup company and new comp plan doesn'tt work either. Beware of the companies that say they'll build it for you.

I now know why Randy Schroeder went to Monavie - because he could. He brought some that have followed him. Randy really wishes everybody becomes successful because they are just trying to become what they have always dreamed of. I know the system and training could be better for them with all the new ways to generate leads that are out there. People just hate to be sold and sometimes it's hard to create leaders that can keep a solid team.
