Recently the news of Randy Schroeder leaving Agel for MonaVie didn't really mean much to me. Mainly because I am not focusing on health and nutrition at this time.

But, it seems to have certainly shaken things up. First of all we can only speculate why or at least I can speculate why and I can give my opinion.

Are the "rats leaving a sinking ship?"

Having been in a distributorship level of Herbalife and Amway (who ever they are now) I think that I know just where some of this is going.

Randy Schroeder was and still is to many the IDOL.. The man of Success and the ONE to follow and many will. But is he seeking to do business differently?

In Herbalife we have Anthony Powell. Anthony is truly the top dog with several right behind him. Anthony is the IDOL.. He is Herbalife. I can't imagine what would happen if Anthony left.

But, you really have to stop and wonder just what is it that these guys know that none of the others know.

Yes, these men have worked and worked hard and I am not one to take that away.

But, there are secrets and maybe Randy knows those same secrets and is just broadening his horizons. And helping MonaVie grow along with his reputation.

You have to wonder if these these IDOLS buy their leads like the rest of the people in their downlines do. Because if Randy does buy his leads like everyone else can he really take his downline with him?

Or are his leads his own and do these guys own the companies that provide the leads, that are so expensive, that everyone else is supposed to buy?

I have always wonder about this.

Either way....Wake up distributors. Stop this maddness.

#1 Everyone is your prospect!

You know the words "everyone wants this, they just don't know it yet!"

Well not everyone is your prospect and most would rather just be left alone. Dollars down the tube.. Remember you bought the lead.

#2 This really isn't sales. We just share products with people.

I don't know about you but this business is sales. Whether yourself or a product it is sales. And my family and friends got pretty tired of me. And you tell this lie so not to scare off another prospect. Remember the money?

#3 Anyone can do this!

Well most anyone can do this. As long as the money keeps flowing and you continue to believe that some day things will turn around.

But not eveyone has all the same skills so some will achieve their goals quicker that others. But by that time most will have quit.

#4 We'll build your business for you!

Well in my case, it was "we have the system for you." And Herbalife does have an amazing system it is just The Old way.

But no one can build Your business for you. You must be willing to put in the time and energy and make it yours.

#5 We have the best product ever!

You know what I am going to say. All health and nutrition products are this way... And truly there are really some fabulous benefits of all of these products to someone. Agel's gel, MonaVie's liquid and the many products of Herbalife and Amway.

But not all products "sell themselves." You must, in your business, market, market, market.....

#6 You just don't have enough belief!

Well when you are spending an amazing amount of money on leads that really rather you go away, you need A LOT of belief. That is all you have to keep you going.

If you ever wondered why all the Motivational Speakers, well you need it to be able to pick up that "100 lb. phone."

#7 The proven system!

What system. The same ole thing is all that the system is.

Nothing Attractive about it. Cold calling, buying leads, and chasing everything that walks. This is not the system that works anymore.

You may have a great product Agel and MonaVie but the system that you follow is broken down and you need to move on so that you have your own business.

Maybe you should move on with Randy Schroeder......
