A girl was hired by Halliburton and was sent to Iraq to work. She was gang raped by her fellow male worker - Yes Gang Raped - not in question - it did happen. When she complained to the company she was locked in a storage locker and parts of her rape kit were stolen. Still enough lasted and with Dr. testimony the rape is a fact.

When the girl, Jamie Lee Johnes, got to America and filed her claim of RAPE Halliburton fought her every step of the way. Turns out in her contract she could not file a suite against them because Dear Dick Cheney, when head of Halliburton had a clause put in the employees contracts not allowing them to claim rape and forcing them to ligigation and not get proper court action if they were raped.

Halliburtion thought that if it came out their employees were getting gang raped and could do nothing about it, they might not want to get the job and go to work overseas and cut into the 1.5 billion dollar profit (Net not gross) income.

Al Franken, our new senator found out about this and put up a new amendment stating that "This bill would make it so that anybody in business with the Department of the Defense can't do this," Yes, they could not force a raped girl into arbitration instead of giving her a day in court like any American on American soil should get.

Worst - more women have come forward now with evidence of gang rape by Halliburton employees in other countries and the company covering it up.

Now even more worst - Senators voted against this bill - Senators VOTED FOR RAPE - SUPPORT OF RAPE - SUPPORT OF HALLIBURTON IMMORAL AND CORRUPT TREATMENT OF THESE GIRLS IT SENT TO OTHER COUNTRIES TO BE ATTACKED AND RAPED.
